Refund policy
**9. Right of Withdrawal**
In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, the Customer has a right of withdrawal for the Products purchased, subject to the following conditions.
**9.1. Exercise Period of the Right**
The Customer has a period of 14 days from the delivery of the Product to exercise this right. MUSU also accepts that the Customer exercises their right of withdrawal from the confirmation of the order and before the delivery of the Product.
**9.2. Form of the Request**
The request for the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to the address team@musubrand.com. It must include the order number.
Regarding the right of withdrawal and only the right of withdrawal, the Customer does not have to provide reasons.
**9.3. Return of the Product(s)**
When the Product has been shipped, the return of the Product(s) must meet the following conditions:
- The Product must be returned to the following address: 35 Avenue de Profondeville, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, 06190, France.
- The Product must be in its original packaging, intact, and complete.
MUSU reserves the right to refuse any Product, especially if it is incomplete, damaged, or soiled, subject to damage attributable to the carrier in accordance with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions regarding delivery.
The Product not returned will be sent back to the Customer and cannot be refunded.
After receiving the Product by MUSU in accordance with these conditions and provided that the applicable conditions for the withdrawal period are met, MUSU will proceed with the refund of the amount of the Product(s) in accordance with the "Refund Terms" as indicated in these General Terms and Conditions (Article 10.4).
**10. Return and Refund**
MUSU offers the Customer the opportunity to return the ordered Product under the following conditions.
**10.1. Warranty Period**
The Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to return the Product.
**10.2. Form of the Request**
The Customer must send their request by email to the address team@musubrand.com with the subject "return and refund" and specify the order number in the email. Only requests sent by email to the specified address will be considered.
The Customer must specify in their request the elements indicated in points 10.3 to 10.6.
**10.3. Reasons for the Request and Exclusions**
The Customer must indicate the reasons for returning the Product, particularly to allow MUSU to improve its services.
The Customer is clearly informed and accepts that in case of their error, they cannot rely on Article 9 "return and refund."
**10.4. Refund Terms**
Subject to all return conditions being met, the Customer may request a refund of the Product or obtain a credit exclusively valid on the MUSU website for single use, allowing them to purchase another pair of glasses in a shorter time frame.
The Customer must specify in their request whether they want a refund or prefer to receive this credit.
In the case of a refund, the relevant amount will be paid in accordance with the payment method used when placing the order. This payment will be made within 30 days only from the moment the Product has been received and verified by MUSU.
In the case of a credit, the Customer will receive a "confidential code" for single use, to be entered during their new order in the "promotional code" field. This code will be sent by email to the address used for the order and the refund request only after the Product has been received and verified by MUSU.
**10.5. Return of the Product(s)**
MUSU reminds the Customer that they are informed and expressly accept that no refund or credit will be issued until the Product has been received and verified by MUSU.
In this regard, the package containing the returned Product(s) must imperatively contain:
- the order number (to better manage the request processing),
- the Product(s) in the condition in which the Customer received them, including all components (original packaging, accessories, documentation).
The Product must be returned within 14 days from the receipt of the Product(s) by the Customer. In case of non-compliance with the deadline by the Customer who returns the Product(s) beyond the deadline to MUSU, the package will be returned to the Customer at their expense, and no refund or credit will be granted.
Any Product showing signs of use beyond simple testing by the Customer and/or the Wearer will not be eligible for a credit or refund.
Also, the Customer's right to return and refund ceases automatically if the Customer themselves or a third party makes modifications or repairs to the Products without the prior written consent of MUSU.
In case of failure to comply with the above-mentioned obligations, the Customer acknowledges that MUSU reserves the right not to proceed with the refund or issuance of a credit, and MUSU's liability cannot be engaged.
**10.6. Return Costs**
Returns are not free. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery back to us.

**11. Legal Warranty**
The legal warranty is separate from the "return and refund" right granted to the Customer as defined in Article 10 of these General Terms and Conditions.
**11.1. Defects Covered by the Legal Warranty**
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the legal warranty only applies if the Product does not conform to the order, meaning the delivered Product clearly does not correspond to the one ordered. Conformity is assessed based on the model and color criteria recorded in the Customer's validated order.
In any case, the Customer must provide proof of the alleged non-conformity or defect.
**11.
2. Duration of the Legal Warranty**
Subject to the required conditions being met for the legal warranty to apply, the Customer has a period of two years from the delivery of the product to take action.
**11.3. Form and Content of the Request**
Within the aforementioned period, the Customer must first send their request to Customer Service by email at team@musubrand.com, indicating the relevant order number and specifying the alleged defect or non-conformity.
The Customer is clearly informed that no replacement of the Product in question will be made until MUSU has received it with all the elements described below.
**11.4. Repair or Replacement Procedures**
Subject to all required conditions being met for the legal warranty to apply, MUSU will offer the Customer either the repair or replacement of the Product.
Depending on the timing and costs involved, the Customer accepts that only MUSU has the right to prioritize one option over the other, namely the repair or replacement of the Product.
MUSU will make its best efforts to ensure that the chosen solution is implemented promptly after the receipt of the package, in accordance with the provisions of this article.
**11.5. Return of the Product**
The Customer must send the package to the following address: 35 Avenue de Profondeville, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, 06190, France. The package sent must contain:
- the order number (to better manage the request processing),
- the Product(s) in the condition corresponding to when the Customer received them, including all the elements described above.
The Customer must send the Product, well-protected, as soon as possible from the time of their request.
In the absence of these elements, the Customer acknowledges that MUSU reserves the right not to proceed with the replacement or repair of the Product, and MUSU's liability cannot be engaged.
