Delivery times for Continental Europe depend on the chosen delivery method during the order placement.
For delivery via Chronopost (express delivery):
Delivery times in France are as follows:
- Next day before 10 AM
- Next day before 1 PM
International delivery via Chronopost:
- Europe: 1 day
- French Overseas Departments (DOM): 2 days
- Worldwide: 3 days
For delivery via Colissimo (standard delivery):
Delivery times in France:
- 48 hours throughout France
International delivery times:
- Europe: 2 to 3 days
- French Overseas Departments (DOM): 5 to 7 days
- Worldwide: 4 to 8 days
MUSU makes its best efforts to ensure that deliveries are carried out by reputable service providers in the market.
However, the delivery times mentioned above are indicative. Delivery modalities are not solely under the exclusive control of MUSU; they also depend on external factors. Therefore, MUSU cannot guarantee the specified delivery times.
In case of delivery delays, the Customer can contact MUSU's Customer Service via email at team@musubrand.com. Whenever possible, MUSU will propose a solution if the order has not been received within 30 days for Continental Europe after the shipment of the parcel.
