Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. You can find the shipping details at checkout.

- Europe: 4-7 business days
- International: 7-14 business days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and can vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Are returns free?
No, return shipping costs €12, which will be deducted from your refund.
How do I request a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at team@musubrand.com with your order number. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your item and place a new order.

How should I take care of my Musu sunglasses?
To keep your sunglasses in top condition:

- Clean them with the microfiber cloth provided.
- Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight for prolonged periods (e.g., in a hot car).

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and other secure payment options. We also accept payments via insalments through Klarna.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Musu gift cards are available for purchase and make the perfect gift.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
No, only one discount code can be applied per order.
